About

Bulian Beach is a small, clean stretch of sand and rocks just 2.1 km from Sompang village on Nusa Penida. Only about 30 metres long, it sits beneath steep cliffs with turquoise water that's wave-sheltered in some spots. There are no services here—it's pure nature, which is exactly the point. The shoreline slopes gradually, so water shoes help. It's easy to reach by car or taxi, and stays swimmable year-round with water temperatures between 25–30°C. Relatively uncrowded and unspoiled, this is the beach to visit when you want to escape the busy tourist circuit.
