Island Seeker is a multilingual online business directory and travel guide for Guam, U.S. Territory. The Service allows users to browse, search, and review local businesses, and allows business owners to submit and manage listings.

To access certain features (such as saving favorites or submitting a business), you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Business owners may submit listings for inclusion in the directory. By submitting a listing, you represent that:

• You are authorized to represent the business
• All information provided is accurate and not misleading
• You own or have the right to use any images submitted

Island Seeker reserves the right to accept, reject, edit, or remove any listing at its sole discretion.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Scrape or collect data from the Service without written permission

Users may submit reviews of businesses listed on the Service. Reviews must be honest, based on genuine experience, and comply with our conduct standards. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these standards.

By submitting content, you grant Island Seeker a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content as part of the Service.

All content on Island Seeker — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Island Seeker or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute content without our written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any business information listed on the platform. Always verify details directly with businesses before making plans.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Island Seeker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Territory of Guam, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
