Nusa Lembongan is a small island 30 minutes by fast boat from Bali's Sanur Beach, offering a quieter alternative to the main island with cliff-edge infinity pools, reef diving, surfing at Shipwrecks and Lacerations breaks, and the unusual scenery of the island's commercial seaweed farms.
Mushroom Bay and Jungutbatu are the two main beach areas, with accommodation ranging from budget guesthouses to boutique villa resorts. Nusa Lembongan sits within a protected marine park and is one of the world's best places to dive with manta rays. It is also a staging point for day trips to the larger Nusa Penida and the narrower Nusa Ceningan, connected by a famous yellow suspension bridge. The island is nearly car-free — most visitors travel by scooter or golf cart. Island Seeker covers villas, restaurants, dive operators, surf camps, and ferry connections across Nusa Lembongan.
