Two sisters run this small warung in Senggigi, making everything fresh to order. The gado-gado here is the draw—steamed vegetables, tempeh, tofu, and lontong smothered in peanut sauce that's ground by hand right in front of you. Watch the owner blend peanuts, garlic, palm sugar, and chilis while she explains each ingredient. You can dial the heat up to four chilis if you want it properly local. Cash only, open 9am to 5pm daily. Cheap, authentic, and worth the wait.
