A vegetarian restaurant on Gili Trawangan's main street, 100 meters north of the boat arrival point. The Banyan Tree runs a salad bar with Indonesian nasi campur, international veggie dishes, and vegan options like tofu scramble, nasi goreng, and cauliflower wings. They bake their own cakes and raw cakes daily. Air-conditioned inside, beach-facing seating outside. Open 7am–9pm daily. Connected to Freedive Gili and Gili Yoga.
