The menu shifts with seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients—think roasted cauliflower and fresh fish prepared with precision. Low lighting, unhurried service, and limited tables make dinner the main event here. Open 6 PM to 10 PM; book ahead. The estate also runs Santi Beach, a more relaxed spot for lunch and sunset drinks right on the private beach.
