The beach itself—about 25 yards wide with soft white sand—remains mostly secluded, backed by Mount Mat Cincang and framed by rainforest. Swimming here is solid, and you'll spot colorful birds and tiny islands offshore, including Pulau Burau itself. Both resorts offer water sports: banana boats, jet skis, motorboats for island visits. The sunset views here are worth timing for. Access is easiest through Mutiara Bay Resort; the public beach sits in the middle section, though day-trippers can grab snacks at the resort café.
