Bulabog Beach is for kiteboarding, not swimming
Bulabog Beach on Boracay's east coast is shallow, flat, and wind-driven — ideal for kiteboarding but not a conventional swimming beach. The stretch of White Beach from Station 2 to Station 3 has the highest density of itinerant vendors offering massages, shell jewellery, braid braiding, and activity bookings. They are not aggressive but are persistent — a clear, polite 'no thank you' is sufficient. If you want a beach massage, negotiating directly with vendors for PHP 300–500 per hour gives good value. Restaurant touts outside D'Mall are normal and can be ignored without offence.

White Beach before 8 am is quiet, golden-lit, and genuinely beautiful — a different experience from the busy midday and afternoon beach.
