Lombok's first PADI 5 Star Career Development Center, Trawangan Dive is a serious operation for divers at any level. They run the full gamut—from Open Water courses through technical diving on rebreathers, Divemaster training, and instructor development. The multilingual instructors are award-winners, backed by two training pools and four dive boats. You can start theory online before arriving, then hit the water when you land. They've also got accommodation in three room types behind the dive centre and Fat Cats Bar and Restaurant open 7am to 11pm daily. Conservation work—coral restoration, reef checks—is built into what they do.
