General Lee's is a speakeasy tucked inland on Gili Trawangan, away from the beachfront crowds. The bar makes crafted cocktails — Amaretto sours, spicy margaritas with house-grown chillies, espresso martinis, and classics like Old Fashioned — in a relaxed setting under palm trees and starry sky. Built from reclaimed wood shipped from Borneo, it grew unexpectedly from leftover materials at the nearby Lost Paradise Resort. Open daily 4pm to 11pm. Run by Nomi, who leads with genuine craft. Sunset drinks and laid-back island nightlife, nothing forced.
