Tucked inside the Velez Medical Arts building, Tightrope Coffee serves up some of Cebu's most creative coffee drinks. Their signature Himalayan Latte combines creamy richness with a surprising hint of salt, while the Burnt Basque Cheesecake arrives with a perfectly caramelized top and gooey center. The minimalist industrial space feels effortlessly cool, with plenty of greenery and natural light. Pastas like Chorizo Aglio Olio round out the menu, making this more than just another coffee spot.
