AC Express rents everything from budget Vios sedans starting at ₱1,500 per day to larger Hi-Ace and Urvan vans. Based in Mandaue, they offer both self-drive and chauffeur options (add ₱1,000 daily for a driver). All vehicles come with emergency tools and current registration. Reserve with a ₱500–1,000 deposit via GCash or BDO, then pay the balance on pickup. They're open 8am–10pm daily and accept walk-ins when available. Excess hours cost ₱350 each. Note: rentals stay within Cebu Province only.
