This Lamai spot does the basics right: an 80°C Finnish sauna, herbal steam room, ice bath, and traditional Thai massage in a tropical garden. Day pass runs 380 THB with no booking needed—just walk in between 11am and 9pm (closed Tuesdays). Everything's included: towel, locker, shower. Thai massage starts at 450 THB for feet, 500 THB for full body. Deffi's Café serves smoothie bowls and specialty coffee on-site.
