About

Koh Samui's first ethical elephant sanctuary, run in partnership with Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai. Two locations—Bophut and Chaweng Noi—provide rescued elephants a real life free from logging and tourism work. Guests join 3-hour morning or afternoon programs, or a shorter 1.5-hour encounter, to feed and walk alongside the elephants while they swim, play in mud, and just exist as elephants should. The sanctuary has won Thailand's Best Animal Welfare award and consecutive Tripadvisor Travelers' Choice honors. Entry supports the elephants' daily care.
