This Koh Samui car and scooter rental outfit delivers vehicles free to your hotel or resort anywhere on the island—minimum three days for cars, five for scooters. Full insurance with a 5,000 THB deductible is included in the price. Unlike most competitors here, they'll let you take cars off-island into Thailand for border runs or trips to Krabi, Phuket, and Bangkok. They also offer chauffeured hire if you'd rather not drive. No passport required, just a copy and cash deposit. Round-the-clock road support when you need it.
