Pau roasts Thai highland Arabica in-house at this Chaweng cafe, and you taste the difference immediately. The flat white is smooth, the coconut affogato worth ordering twice. Homemade pastries, toasted sandwiches with real ingredients, matcha lattes, and fresh juices round out a short menu done well. Espresso runs 70 baht, sandwiches 135–195 baht. Owner Pau and his Thai wife built this place to be unhurried—locals and travelers both come back daily. Open 9am.
