Is there good dining near the Oslob whale shark area and Moalboal?

Moalboal's Panagsama Beach has a concentrated strip of restaurants — mostly casual international spots (pasta, pizza, burgers) alongside budget Filipino eateries — that have evolved to serve the diving community.
