Tucked between Nai Thon and Bang Tao beaches, Banana Beach has transformed dramatically. What was once a hidden gem requiring a jungle trek now offers easy access through a new parking lot. A modern beach club dominates the north end, with white sunbeds and loud music. Further south, the original local restaurant still serves affordable Thai seafood under simple Coca-Cola umbrellas. Crystal turquoise waters and soft sand remain its best features, with gentle slopes perfect for swimming from November to April. Still quieter than Patong, but no longer a secret.
