Forget seafood – Santino's is Coron's meat destination. Owner Hilbert launched the restaurant in 2011 with a mission to bring Manila-style dishes to Palawan. Their baby back ribs are legendary, selling for P550 a full slab and drawing hungry diners from across the island. While they started highlighting local seafood, their meat has become the real star. The seafood platter at P850 is still worth ordering. Find them on Coron-Busuanga Road, open Monday through Saturday from 10am to 10pm.
