Perched atop Nakkerd Hill, this 45-metre white marble Buddha statue has been a Phuket landmark since construction began in 2002. Free to enter, the site offers breathtaking 360-degree views of Kata Beach, Chalong Bay, and distant islands. Visitors climb 94 steps past guardian Nagas to reach the statue's base. Built entirely through visitor donations, with people sponsoring marble tiles, the site provides a peaceful panorama that changes dramatically from sunrise to sunset.
